Kensington Village’s Giveaway Terms and Conditions 23 / 24

Introduction
The following terms and conditions apply to all competitions & prize draws within Kensington Village online and/or on mobile entry. By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by DS.Emotion.

Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition/giveaway is completely free to enter.

The Prize
The winning prize will one annual membership for the Victoria and Albert Museum, plus a £100 voucher for Big Mamma’s new West London restaurant, Jacuzzi, selected by DS.Emotion.
The use of specific brands as prizes by DS.Emotion does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
DS.Emotion’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random on 26th January 2024 and notified via Instagram. DS.Emotion will make one attempt to contact the winner.

Collection of prizes
If selected as a winner of the prize draw or competition, the winner must provide their full name and email address to Kensington Village, plus proof of ID (e.g., Kensington Village work pass). Prize must be redeemed one week after the prize draw, otherwise the prize will be redrawn.

Any prize elements including travel and/or accommodation will be subject to availability. Certain dates may be excluded when the winner may not take up the prize. Where the prize involves travel or accommodation on a date and/or to a destination to be chosen by the winner, Kensington Village reserves the right to determine a final date by which the prize must be taken. Where the prize necessitates travel and/or attending an event on a specific date, the winner must be available on the date(s) specified by the Promoter in the interaction information and no alternative dates will be available.

Any prize excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize description. Additional charges and expenses incurred for goods, services, attractions, facilities, upgrades, activities and events not expressly included in the prize are payable solely by the winner (and where applicable their companion(s)). The Promoter will not be held liable where such charges and/or expenses are incurred, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The Promoter will accept no responsibility where the winner is unable to pay in full any such charges and/or expenses.

Where the prize includes a voucher or giftcard, such prize will be made payable in pounds sterling in the name of the winning entrant only and such voucher, or giftcard cannot be made payable to any third party. No other form of payment than that indicated in the interaction information will be provided to the winner.

Kensington Village, the issuer of the voucher or giftcard and their agents reserve the right to refuse to accept vouchers and/or giftcards which are deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by fraud or which have been lost or stolen following delivery.

Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by DS.Emotion and CBRE for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
DS.Emotion accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General
DS.Emotion reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
The competition closes at 11.59pm on the 25th January 2024. Any entries received before the competition or prize draw opens or after the closing date and time will not be counted.

If DS Emotion determines that an individual has breached these general terms and conditions, DS Emotion reserves the right to disqualify and/or discount their entries and withhold or reclaim the awarding of any Prizes.
