Kensington Village Launches New Free Yoga & Meditation Programme
Take time out to calm your mind, body and soul
Kensington Village are delighted to offer FREE yoga and meditation classes every other Wednesday lunchtime starting on 27th March.
Guided by experienced yoga teacher, Eve Pettitt, these 45 minute sessions offer gentle, alignment based hatha yoga classes, strongly focussed on the breath and spinal integration, encouraging personal spiritual exploration and a truly embodied practice.
Exploring and discovering the body and mind through asana (posture), pranayama (breath manipulation) and meditation, engaging with a deep sense of interconnected wholeness.

12 spaces available (first come, first basis so please arrive 5 mins early to get a space). Mats provided. Not suitable if you are pregnant or 3 months post-partum.
